At Trade and Pay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help through our clear and fair refund and return process.
Our policy lasts for 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless required by law.

Items returned after the return window or in unacceptable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back.
Note for Sellers:
Once a product is sold to Trade and Pay and has passed our internal quality check, the transaction is considered final and non-reversible. Sellers transfer full ownership of the item to Trade and Pay upon successful pickup and quality verification. Therefore, sellers are not eligible for any refunds, returns, or requests to reclaim the item after the sale is complete. Payment will be processed as per the agreed terms and no further claims will be entertained regarding the sold product.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider. For unresolved refund issues, contact our support at tradeandpayus@gmail.com.
If the order is canceled from our side due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or logistics failure, the full amount will be refunded automatically.
We allow exchanges only in the following cases:
Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, the replacement product will be shipped, subject to stock availability.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your return or refund request, you may escalate
the matter to our Grievance Officer. We will mediate between you and the seller to reach a
fair resolution.

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
